Our materials
Beech wood: Beech wood is a firm, heavy wood with a smooth texture and fine grain making it perfect to lend our furniture durability and security. It also provides warmness, serenity and purity to all items of furniture finished using this type of wood. The beech wood we use complies with the most demanding quality standards (UNE 11023-1/1992 on storage furniture for public and domestic use).
Medium density wood: Medium density wood contains highly fine synthetic resin fibres offering a homogenous structure, the utmost stability and great resistance. It is highly damp-resistant and is most suited for the lacquer or painted coatings we use. They all comply with the quality requirements set out in standard UNE-EN 622-1-5/2004 and UNE 11023-1/1992. All our furniture is manufactured using medium density, with the exception of structural components manufactured with beech wood.
Lacquer: Lacquer is a resinous, translucent and brittle substance that forms in the branches of several trees from India. In our furniture, four layers are applied to all components: two under layers, as a primer, followed by two lacquered layers. This form of applying lacquer ensures our furniture stands out from that of many of our competitors; providing added value for our clients. Most lacquered furniture available on the market merely carries two layers of lacquer. In the case of our products, the final result can be perceived merely by running your hand over the item in question to feel the smoothness of the lacquered surfaces.
